Description

We have been retained by a business who are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join the team, based in Accrington.

Part time - 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process customer orders ensuring details are entered into the system accurately and delivered with the correct documentation.
  • Respond to customer queries on availability of product, expected shipping dates and invoices.
  • Liaise within internal departments to ensure customer time frames are met.
  • Ensure customer/order records are complete with updated information regarding delivery issues, amendments, changes to customer requirements.
  • Raise Purchase Orders for export transport and liaise with hauliers regarding collection and delivery dates.
  • Prepare Commercial invoices, Packing Lists, Customs Documents and any other relevant export documentation.
  • Support the Internal Sales Manager and Sales Team to compile weekly and monthly sales reports.

Knowledge/Experience

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident, clear and polite on the phone and able to take phone calls from customers.
  • Able to organise work with what needs to be done.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Competent on Microsoft included Word and Excel.

Salary & Benefits

  • £26,500 (FTE) - based on 23 hours pro-rata will be £16,000
  • 25 Days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays (Pro-rata)
