First Personnel are looking for a sales administrator to work within the West Bromwich area, this will be a long term temporary position with the potential to go permanent.

Responsibilities include

  • To maintain & develop seals & related product business through dealing with the existing branch customer base.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained at all times
  • Liaising with production department to ensure on-time quality product & delivery times
  • Liaising with technical & sales departments to ensure customer satisfaction levels are respected at all times
  • Warehouse Operative. Ensure orders are branded, packaged and dispatched correctly and on time.

The ideal candidate

  • Experience in sales and warehouse / dispatch preferably in a similar product area
  • Self starter who enjoys solving problems
  • A keen commercial understanding
