Job Title: Internal Sales Administrator
Salary: Up to £21,000 (Depending on experience)
Location: Kingston upon Thames
Evolve Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator for our client who are an office supplies company. The main responsibilities in the role are dealing with any customer enquiries and liaising with customers to ensure the latest order status is provided in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience working in a similar Internal Sales Administration position.
Key Responsibilities:
·The Internal Sales Administrator will be answering telephone calls from customers and dealing with all related queries including delivery and production schedules, pricing, sample and technical information - this must be done in a timely and efficient manner.
·Processing orders for all products ensuring customer receive their weekly order status reports, order acknowledgements, checking customer credit and liaising with head quarters
·The internal sales administrator must make sure that all orders are processed and acknowledged in an efficient manner
·Issuing of customer invoice and crediting customers as appropriate with correct and current commercial terms - liaising with the management accountant where necessary
·Registering stock production orders with the manufacturer and creating new stock codes when and where appropriate
·Ensuring all paperwork and records both computer and manual relating to price lists, sales analysis, goods imported and all other relevant files are maintained and easily accessible.
·Processing all customer technical complaints in accordance with the technical complain handling procedure and liaising with the customer to ensure a speedy and efficient resolution is achieved
·Additional responsibilities may arise and the internal sales administrator will be required to do any ad hoc project work.
Key Skills:
·Excellent Excel Skills
·Knowledge of Export terminology - desirable
·Experience of working in the office supply sector - desirable
·Comfortable working in a small office
·Happy to support the team and help with colleague's work
·Good communication skills
·Internal sales administration experience - desirable
·Hard working and pro-active
