Job Title: Internal Sales Administrator

Salary: £16500 per annum plus £1200 OTE

Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire

Job Type: Permanent - Full Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

Job Duties:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Build and maintain customer relationships with clients
  • Liaising with various departments to get tasks completed efficiently
  • Provide quotes/ information to clients
  • Updating company records through liaising with customers
  • Price checking
  • Manage Email Inbox
  • Processing orders

Person Specification:

  • Worked in a similar sales-administrative role
  • Looking for longevity within a role
  • Team player and motivated
  • Strong system knowledge of Microsoft applications and CRM systems
  • Polite and friendly telephone manner
