Your new role
As the Internal Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration within the internal recruitment team. You'll be sourcing high quality candidates and play an integral role in managing the candidates though the recruitment process, obtaining feedback, arranging interviews and preparing offer documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
You have 1-2 years recruitment or resourcing experience gained in either an agency or internal setting. You have outstanding l communication skills and are confident in dealing with all levels within an organisation. Previous experience in sourcing candidates is compulsory and working in a fast paced environment. In order to truly succeed in this role you will need to be a self-starter and work with urgency.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary up to £24,000 depending on your recent and relevant experience. You be working for an established company that encourages continued development and progression.
