A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment professional to join their team, to proactively support the full recruitment cycle and deliver recruitment campaigns across multiple business areas. As their recruiter, you will be working in partnership with stakeholders and senior management, to deliver a first class service through agencies and direct sourcing recruitment solutions.

This role will focus on fulfilling recruitment requirements in accordance with budget, by building an effective talent pool of candidates through various sources /networking activities and maintaining contact with candidates, building a network of associates. Further to this you will manage external agency relationships from their preferred supplier list. This is a wide ranging/ hands-on role, where you will develop excellent working relationships with the hiring managers to ensure that recruitment efforts are focused in the right way and you will have the ability to lead on high volume, niche or difficult to roles.

As this position is demanding and fast paced, you will have a proactive approach, the ability to maintain high attention to detail and be a self- motivated individual. You will have significant social media experience, the ability to analyse/ interpret data and have previous experience using an Applicant Tracking System.

Their ideal candidate will hold a successful track record, including championing recruitment processes, sharing knowledge with others, holding an up to date knowledge of employment law relevant to recruitment. Naturally you will be an excellent communicator with professionals at all levels, being confident when interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
