My client is one of the largest independently owned liquid waste management companies in the South of the country are looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment / Engagement Manager to run and manage all recruitment for the company from start to finish.
Currently the company employs over 400 employees based across the South and Midlands areas, due to additional contracts and expansion we are looking to increase our headcount in order to be able to service our customer needs.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in advertising, sourcing, and screening candidates, interviewing and assessing skills to meet the requirements of the business, liaising with management and directors to identify recruitment needs, arranging inductions and ensuring the candidates are best fit.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the apprenticeship schemes currently in place as well as building and running new apprenticeship schemes to meet the needs of the business.
Must be proactive, calm, able to work to tight deadlines under pressure, as well as be able to effectively communicate at all levels.
Based at our head office location in Rochester, Kent, working mainly Monday to Friday 07.00 am to 17.00 pm with additional hours as required.
