Our client, a long established Service Company, are currently recruiting a tenacious, enthusiastic and personable Internal Recruitment Manager to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the management of the Recruitment across the business.
Duties will include managing and streamlining the recruitment process, maintain and developing training, accountable to deliver and support on high volume Employment Relations.
Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures
Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-fill and cost-per-hire)
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
Experience within a recruitment/resourcing role is essential and skills gained in a previous managerial position would be desirable. You will be commercially minded, possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written and be very knowledgeable on all government employment legislation.
In addition you have excellent organisational skills, be self-motivated and work well on your own initiative. You will be dealing with potentially sensitive information, therefore a high degree of confidentiality and discretion is required. This role will suit a recruitment professional who can build a team around them that will grow as the business grows over the next few years.
