The Role:
Responsibility for finding, nurturing and hiring the future talent of Square One Resources, overall responsibility for the direction and delivery of all recruitment across the business for Warsaw and London office.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to create and drive the strategy of internal recruitment
  • Driving high performance within the recruitment function
  • Ensure an excellent candidate journey at every touch point in the recruiting process
  • Building strong relationships, ensuring the highest standard of service is delivered to internal customers, potential candidates and rec to rec agencies
  • Ensuring Compliance within the function
  • Full usage of internal database (tracking and interview feedback) to increase direct hiring
  • Involvement in projects such as driving the employer brand and championing the use of innovative sourcing techniques
  • Monitor and improve costs per hire and time to fill, retention of candidates and other key metrics
  • Building a talent pool of candidates across all disciplines to ensure a pipeline with a focus on direct sourcing
  • Ensure all vacancies are advertised, developing continued use of social media and other online channels to support the growth of the talent pool
  • Preparing insightful reports to identify trends and problem areas
  • Developing skills and experience of direct reports
  • Arranging and assisting in conducting competency and technical interviews
  • Maintaining contact with proven recruitment to recruitment suppliers to secure high-level service and monitoring the success of the agencies
  • Maintaining terms of business with external rec to rec agencies
  • Maintaining contact with candidates on our database to increase direct sourcing
  • Generating referrals from connections and employees at Square One
  • Creating a seamless recruitment strategy in order to attract the best candidates
  • Ensure consistency of approach and promote 'best practice/best fit' recruitment standards
