Basic 25k - 30k plus bonus
Reputable multi-sector recruitment consultancy providing contract and permanent recruitment services to a number of white collar sectors. My client is seeking an "all rounder" from a recruitment background to join their friendly team in a specialist role encompassing internal recruitment, junior HR functions, Onboarding of new starters and general marketing and social media activity.
This is a brand new role that provides an exciting blend of responsibilities. You will be the lead contact for all internal recruitment at an exciting time of expansion, as well as provide key HR support to the teams. You will bring your expertise to the business in enhancing the work environment and have a passion for improving wellbeing in the workplace. You will also play a key role in the company’s social media activity and help raise their profile across a variety of platforms. This is a unique and varied role where no two days will be the same, offering a fantastic balance of tasks in a fast-paced and energetic office.
It is likely you are currently in a busy recruitment role, either agency or internal, and looking to expand your expertise and step away from sales. An interest in recruitment in general is essential and previous experience in this field is highly desirable, as is a solid understanding of social media / marketing and raising brand awareness. All recruitment sector disciplines will be considered.
Will be reflective of experience but expect up to circa 30k plus bonus.
