Job Summary | Internal Recruitment Coordinator

The role requires good organizational and administration skills with attention to detail, accuracy and prioritizing being essential skills for success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the 20 + technical roles currently handled by the team
  • Liaising with line managers to take a thorough and comprehensive role briefs,
  • Circulating the roles to different agencies,
  • Posting role advertisements on job platforms
  • Working through CVs to shortlist appropriate candidates based on their relevant skill set and expertise
  • Answer all incoming calls, screening calls and taking messages
  • Co-ordinate logistics
  • Formatting and typing multiple CV's and profiles of head hunted candidates - prioritizing and making sure all urgent CVs are done ASAP


  • Effective oral communication with line managers. agencies and candidates
  • Timely, empathetic and effective (clear, concise and grammatically correct) communication
  • Presenting a professional image to all external contacts;
  • Delivering to agreed qualitative and quantitative metrics;
  • Meeting relevant deadlines;
