About the job:
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at SThree, you will be responsible for all the hiring for the brands within the group at current, we are working 70+ roles, so lots of opportunity to earn great money. The majority of these jobs will be Trainee level, however you will have requirements to source Experienced Recruiters also for more specialised opportunities. Our offices are based across the UK in some major cities and in order to build relationships with your Internal Stakeholders, there will need to be some travel to build relationships and understand our different office cultures.
With your job as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, there will be a huge amount of autonomy on how you manage your time, providing that you are sourcing the right people at the right place at the right time. Sourcing candidates is the hardest part of the job and as a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will need to have proven experience in finding the right candidates for each market you are working in. You will need to be social media savvy and be able to attract candidates through all platforms but also create an excellent employer and personal brand. You will also be passionate about attending industry specific events, in order to grow our presence even further.
Either you will have gained experience in a recruitment consultancy as an Talent Acquisition Consultant; or, you will have worked for a recruitment-to-recruitment role as a Recruitment Consultant and wish to move away from the business development aspect. You will be able to use your knowledge of various attraction methodologies to source the best talent for our entry-level roles, whilst strategically collaborating with your internal customers to find Experienced Recruiters.
