Home Form Home Care are a market leading, innovative organisation at the forefront of developing Social Care support and delivery. Due to recent growth, we are currently recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Consultant to join an established team at our head office in North Hykeham, Lincoln. The primary focus of this role will be to source candidates to fulfil the needs of our homes which are based around Lincolnshire. This position does not involve sales.
The successful candidate will be somebody who can facilitate all the required elements of effectively and efficiently recruiting for our clients, within our 'ONE TEAM' working approach.
» Actively resourcing, screening and qualifying candidates for a wide variety of vacancies at various levels within our home teams.
» Conducting phone screening interviews.
» Meeting monthly targets consistently by understanding the importance of cultural fit
» Ensuring the constant development of our Recruitment strategy and systems through innovative reports and KPI forecasting.

» A proven track record of success in a fast-paced recruitment environment
» A friendly, presentable and enthusiastic person
» Strong communication skills both written and verbal
» Positivity, strong initiative and the ability to think quickly on your feet
» Strong work ethic and intuitive recruitment skills
