Reed Human Resources are recruiting for an experienced In House Recruiter to join our successful global client on a permanent contract.

The package:

£30,000-40,000 depending on experience + Annual Company bonus + Direct Hire bonus + Benefits

We are looking to recruit an experienced In House Recruiter to join the Corporate Professional Services team based in Maidenhead, UK. You will be a part of the HR Business Partner team working to support the senior team across Europe to deliver our people agenda.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a recruitment service that meets the future needs of our business. You will work on building out the employer brand, generating and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates to meet business requirements and will act as an ambassador for the UK business and the Group Customers.

You will be given the freedom to source and engage with candidates by developing a deep knowledge of the markets in which the company operate and you will be provided with the tools required to reach the talent we need; including job boards, an active employee referral program and full corporate access to LinkedIn.

The principal areas of responsibility are to:
• Act as the recruitment point of contact for designated Hiring Managers; partnering with them to develop strong working relationships;
• Own requirements from inception through to completion – driving recruitment activity forward;
• Source and search for candidates to drive into the recruitment pipeline, primarily for requirements in the UK and Europe including delivering an exceptional experience to candidates to promote the company as an employer of choice;
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates against agreed requirements – these should primarily be sourced directly;
• Conduct telephone screening calls with candidates to qualify candidate’s credibility and suitability for employment;
• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle including organising and facilitating successful recruiting events and interviews;
• Creating and maintaining an employer brand for recruitment purposes; developing collateral for our LinkedIn and other social media pages and managing our Glassdoor profile;
• Educate and enthuse candidates about opportunities with the company;
• Promoting and expanding the employee referral program;
• Manage external relationships with suppliers (recruitment agencies, job boards, press etc);
• Working with our HR Ops team to ensure data integrity on the applicant tracking system (Taleo);
• Report progress against agreed KPI’s

The skills my client look for include:
• A successful track record in the delivery of recruitment services gained in an agency or corporate environment
• A background of working internationally with a corresponding understanding of how candidate markets operate
• Experience of recruiting for technology positions
• Experience of utilising a wide range of sourcing techniques to engage active and passive candidates
• Experience and comfort with using social media for business purposes to create a candidate pipeline
• Experience of developing employer branding materials
• Experience using a range of assessment tools
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills including an excellent telephone manner with a strong fluency in English; fluency in another European language would be an advantage
• Good planning, time management, decision making, presentation and organisation skills
• A motivation to achieve results and a record of achieving or exceeding KPIs
