We currently have a rare opportunity to join our Recruitment Team, you can work remotely from wherever you are in the UK, and will join an ambitious and motivated team!
Our recruitment team are responsible provision of high-quality recruitment services for the global business by maintaining and developing close influential relationships with Tribal’s core stakeholders. The Recruitment Partner will apply their expertise to develop and deploy the most effective and appropriate sourcing strategies that safe guide our ability to hire key talent into challenging roles in a manner that is inclusive and drives diversity.
We would like to hear from candidates who:
- Have proven experience recruiting in a technical market, ideally for or within other software businesses
- Have exceptional stakeholder management capability
- Can demonstrate expert resourcing abilities
- Are enthusiastic about providing highly engaging candidate experiences
Whilst our Recruitment Partner will also recruit across a broad range of central services roles at Tribal, understanding of roles within a SaaS business and technologies used across product, cloud, and professional services teams is essential.
