BrightGen a Platinum Salesforce Implementation Partner, are recruiting for a Internal Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our busy HR & Recruitment Team.
The role will be to assist our Recruitment Lead in delivering our internal recruitment campaign within BrightGen.

Your responsibilities will include:-
- Searching and sourcing of suitable candidates according to the specific role/ brief provided to you
- Creating job adverts with support from hiring managers, and posting onto relevant job boards/ sites also monitoring this to ensure it is up to date and relevant to the specific hiring needs
- Coordinating interviews as per requests; including diary management and ensuring all relevant information is shared
- Administration through managing the internal database and cleansing to ensure it is up to date and relevant
- You will be given daily, weekly and monthly targets to achieve; to include number of calls made, CV’s, interviews and hires
- Continuously look to build an effective pipeline of candidates according to our core roles
What we are looking for:-
- A minimum of 1 years recruitment experience required in a 360 role either in agency or internal
- Experience in working and exceeding targets and KPI’s, essential
- Experience within the IT or technology industry, essential
- Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Self motivated and driven
- Desire to succeed and grow within the recruitment industry
