Temporary Internal Recruiter job in London paying £16-£17.50p/h
Your new company:
You will be working for a leading healthcare charity located in Kings Cross. You will be based in the sourcing team and reporting directly to the Resourcing Project Manager.
Your new role:
As a temporary internal recruiter you will be supporting and advising managers with their recruitment needs. You will have to ensure that you attract good calibre candidates within agreed timeframes. Additionally, you will provide managers with specialist recruitment advise across areas of the charity and create resourcing action plans for the organisation. Additional responsibilities will include completing the related administrative tasks including: writing and positing job, and contracts. You will also have the opportunity to partake in a few projects which the resourcing team are currently working on. This role will be 36 hours a week, 9am-5.30pm. This is a one month contract with the potential to go permanent.
What you'll need to succeed:
You will have end to end recruitment experience gained internally or in an agency setting. You will also have excellent stakeholder management skills, and demonstrate attention to detail in your work. As an individual, you will have a proactive attitude, and be confident in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing.
