We are looking to appoint an Internal Recruiter for this innovative and commercially focussed, not-for-profit organisation. Within a busy, friendly and sociable team, this role operates in a fast paced environment, thus needing a highly organised, and driven individual.
Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in recruiting in the Creative and/ or Digital space, and will have a track record of delivering a fairly high volume of roles at any one time, and strong experience in building and managing excellent relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
Experience of using a variety of sourcing strategies would be beneficial, and a familiarity with using social media as a recruitment tool is essential.
Other responsibilities will include pro-active candidate generation and talent pooling, helping write and shape job descriptions, interviewing and the development and continual improvement of the recruitment processes.
The client is willing to consider candidates from both in-house and also agency backgrounds, so this would be an ideal role for a recruiter looking to move into this sector, or an agency recruiter moving into an in-house role.
