Interim In-House/Internal Recruiter - Coventry - £250 p/day - c4 months (rolling)
Our client, a large and progressive organisation, are now looking for an experienced and immediately available internal recruiter to join their small but growing in-house resourcing team to support immediately with some urgent requirements.
This role will be a new role and will be part of a newly developed in-house resourcing function. Working with the Head of Resourcing, you will work with stakeholders and managers in a full 360 capacity to help source for a variety of roles both operational and head office/support positions.
To be successful in the role you will need to have demonstrable experience in a similar fast paced commercial in-house resourcing environment. You'll need to have excellent communication skills to be able to work credible with managers to understand their requirements and have the ability to craft engaging adverts. You will need to have strong direct sourcing skills including experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter.
