Based at a Top Private Medical Facility in Central London on a 12 month contract, the 'Internal Recruitment Lead’ will work closely with the Recruitment Outsourcing Team, to ensure the delivery of an effective resourcing strategy for the Medical organisation.
The role pays up to £47 000.
The 'Internal Recruitment Lead’ will oversee temporary staffing work streams. Helping with the sustainability of the internal bank, increasing quality, reducing the reliance on agency and driving down temporary staffing spend.
The 'Temporary Staff Internal Recruitment Lead’ will work in partnership with Divisional Managers, Heads of Department and other managers acting as a specialist adviser on bank staff recruitment, engagement and retention, ensuring that they are responsibly sourced and appropriately qualified to support staffing vacancies.
