Due to inspiring growth we are now seeking to appoint TWO Talent Managers to work in our central London office. This is really a hybrid type of role combining the best elements of account management and internal recruitment, as you will typically only hire for a select group of companies initially on the applicant side and moving towards a more client facing side if you chose to.

YOU:
We are ideally looking for an experienced Recruiter with experience on either agency side or internal recruitment or a Resourcer who is looking for the next step in their career.

We will also consider entry level applicants so long as they have commercial experience in some sort of HR function or a high volume telephone based role such as customer service or sales.

In the role itself, you will manage a pool of active and inactive IT professionals specifically for our managed service customers, topping up through LinkedIn, ad response, networking and meet-ups to create a function capable of delivering quickly and effectively for our customers. You will meet, interview, screen and update applicants, removing those who don't meet your standards and building close relationships with those who do.

This is NOT a Resourcing role working with flimsy accounts or on PSLs as you would in an agency. These are customers for whom we undertake ownership of all recruitment, working 50/50 on and off customer site. Our customers rely on us to deliver the right applicants for their business, so you will spend time on site as well as in the office and get to know the businesses you recruit for alongside the relevant Account Manager.

This is a rapidly growing function and for the right person extensive interview, screening, technical and business-based training is available with a clear career path into management of a team or Account Management at a senior level. If you are a career minded person who enjoys the recruitment environment and you particularly enjoy the applicant side over the cold calling and business development aspect of recruitment, there is no other role out there that offers such a great career path for you!

PACKAGE:
A starting salary of £21-25K is on offer alongside a per placement bonus (OTE £25-£30K, year 1)
6 week training/on-boarding program
A clearly defined career progression pathway allowing incremental pay and bonus increases available at 3 month intervals - Starting at £21k, Level 2 is £25K, L3: £27K, L4: £30K, L5: £32K. In 18-24 months this can be a £50K + role and has a career path into Senior Account Management. PLUS a second to none benefits package!
