Working with key stakeholders to develop and deliver recruitment campaigns for care staff in Bedfordshire.
Managing CV response and booking interviews.
Conducting face to face interviews with candidates.
Conduct roadshows, attend job fairs and exhibitions.
Increasing brand awareness within Luton and Bedfordshire.
Compiling and analysing recruitment & retention data and trends.
Arranging training for successful candidates.
Ensure key staff are aware of recruitment pipeline and capacity.
Administration, including compliance and compiling Management Information.
Monitoring our call monitoring systems
General help within the office environment
Ideally the successful candidate will have previous recruitment/HR experience within the health and social care sector. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of high volume recruitment in a fast paced environment.
As such you will need to have exceptional attention to detail skills to manage the volume of recruitment required on an ongoing basis. As a frontline ambassador for the company you will have first class communication skills and have the ability to engage at all levels. Warm personality and good sense of humour is also a prerequisite for this role.
