As an internal quality assurer you will be part of a team which ensure that quality standards are set and monitored in accordance with assessment, regulatory and funding requirements.
You will work with the Head of Quality and Quality Managers to achieve agreed volumes for learner engagement, retention and achievement in line with business strategy and plans. You will alco need to complete assessment and verification, in accordance with IQA strategy.
With this role being primarily home based, you will be required to work closely with the Head of Quality and other Quality Managers. It is important that you are able to work independently, and able to own and solve problems in a logical way.

Ideally you will have excellent administrative skills with the ability to prioritise workloads, work methodically and effectively under pressure.
You would need to have a proven record of working to at least Ofsted Grade 2 standards, and ideally experience of working as an IQA for Apprenticeships programmes previously.
It is a given with the nature of the role that excellent communication is key. It is also vital that you are self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
