We are currently recruiting for an Internal IT Recruitment Partner working within one of our leading outsourced clients on a permanent contract based in Central Reading to start as soon as possible

You will be responsible for the full internal recruitment process for the IT and Digital department. You will identify and secure top talent within the IT sector, attract the candidates and successfully place them in a new role, working with senior department managers to fulfil their recruitment needs and ensure quality and business continuity

Internal IT Recruitment Partner – Responsibilities
  • Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy the job requirements
  • Manage the full recruitment and selection process by effectively liaising with the hiring manager, candidates and other internal team members
  • Hold regular meetings with the hiring manager regarding their recruitment needs and collate information to create a job description
  • Contribute to team meetings as appropriate
  • Understand and meet agreed KPIs (vacancies taken, calls made, interviews etc)
Internal IT Recruitment Partner – Skills, Knowledge, Experience
  • Self-motivated and able to identify opportunities
  • Experience in a 360 IT Recruitment role is essential
  • Tenacious and resilient
  • Experience in recruiting for SAP or Digital Transformation roles
  • Ambitious, driven and determined to achieve targets and objectives
  • Problem solving, influencing, questioning and listening skills

Knowledge
  • It is essential that you are educated to GCSE standard or similar
  • You will need to have an intermediate working knowledge of MS Word with an understanding of how to format or edit documents to a high standard of presentation
  • A working knowledge of MS Excel is desirable

Experience – It is essential that you have the following:-
  • Worked in a fast-paced customer centric environment
  • A confident and proactive telephone manner
  • Experience with computer systems
Internal IT Recruitment Partner – Additional Information
  • The role of Internal IT Recruitment Partner is a permanent role to start in as soon as possible
  • The annual salary is between £28,000 - £32,000
  • This is a full time role, Monday – Friday
