Client is a Fintech company in London currently they are looking to recruit an Internal Controls specialist on a 3-6 month basis.

The ideal Internal Control Specialist will work closely with the Finance and Risk department identifying weaknesses in their Risk, Financial and Compliance process.

You will have the ability and expertise to set up an Internal Controls Framework throughout the business at a European Level.

You will ensure all gaps are not only identified but remediated in a timely manner

Handle all internal controls and testing, ensuring critical controls are designed effectively.

Working with all senior stakeholders within the business to address all risks, strong senior stakeholder management is key.

You will need to develop, design a programme for the business and run workshops throughout the company.

The ideal Internal Controls Specialist will have previous experience in setting up an Internal Controls department for a previous company.
