Your role

As an Internal Compliance Officer, you will have responsibility for managing all aspects of compliance with respect to representatives or agents that QAHE work with to assist in the recruitment of students.

This role is an independent function and focuses on both international and domestic representatives, across the whole QAHE portfolio.

This will involve keeping up to date with best practice guidance from a range of sources, updating representatives and staff on any changes, updating contracts, overseeing all ongoing activity with representatives and reporting to the Senior Management Team on any recommendations.

This is a new role and you will be part of an ever growing and developing team, based in either Birmingham or London.

Financial package and benefits

We are offering a competitive financial package up to £30,000 (dependant on experience), Private Pension as well as 25 days holiday, 2 days paid Charity work each year for a charity of your choice, 3 days of additional training from our very own course selection (1,200 to be precise), subsidised gym membership and cycle to work scheme.

Your background

It is essential that you have worked in a similar environment where you have had to deal with multiple stakeholders and pay close attention to detail. You would need to be confident in your communication at all levels both written and spoken. You would be able to act with tact and diplomacy across all situations and be highly self-motivated to manage your own workload to meet different demands at different times.

An understanding of compliance within higher education would be a bonus along with previous experience working within higher education or within learning and development, this however is not essential.
