Internal Communications Manager EMEA

The Role
Working in our Corporate Affairs Department, you will take responsibility for creating and delivering successful internal communications tactics in a timely manner to drive the understanding of our employees understanding of our vision, mission, values and corporate strategies.

We will look to you to craft and distribute internal messages to specific audiences as well as work with colleagues to build sound communication platforms for employees across the EMEA Region including the maintenance of key sections of our intranet site This will involve engaging employees through innovative, frequent and relevant communications, maximizing all available media, such as intranet, video, conference call and 'town hall’ meetings

Requirements
An experienced operator who is focused with a keen eye for detail and a minimum of 7 years work experience gained in a media / journalism or PR environment , you will have been involved in developing engaging content and gained experience in internal communications processes and systems. You will have an eye for design and layout too.

Aside from having sharp writing skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment, you will be an effective project manager; you will be used prioritising work and operating as part of an international team. You must have first-rate communication and interpersonal skills and good at building relationships. Apart from having a good undergraduate degree, you may also bring at least one foreign language to the table (useful but not essential).
