We're looking for a creative, energetic and organised Internal Communications Executive to join our busy Internal Communications team in London, which sits within the wider Corporate Affairs team. As Internal Communications Executive you will support the team to cover the communications needs of all areas of the bank, which will give you a great insight into the journey that the bank is on.
- Managing internal communications channels, including bank-wide emails, intranet, e-newsletters, digital screens, sniffing out new stories that are of interest.
- Sourcing, writing and publishing news content that brings strategy to life.
- Keeping calendar up to date, so messages are joined up across the Bank.
- Managing and supporting the delivery of events across the Bank.
- Supporting the Corporate Affairs team to deliver financial calendar communications, including building and delivering a range of internal communications materials.
- Liaising with agencies to produce collateral that supports our internal communications activity, e.g. video's events, e-cards, infographics.
Previous experience in an internal communications executive role or a background in journalism or marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exemplary organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines in a high pressured environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), SharePoint or other content management systems, social media (internal).
Confident, pro-active, self-starter and able to manage own projects and workload delivering multiple projects for multiple stakeholders.
Flexibility and able to prioritise tasks.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Attention to detail.
