Reporting into the Communications Manager you will be responsible for supporting the business with delivering key messages to the company's large employee base across both online and offline channels.
This is an exciting time to join the organisation that has recently gone through a period of change, diversifying and expanding their product / service offering. You will work closely with all departments (marketing, sales, customer service, operations, finance, IT etc) to ensure all departments are fully aware, trained, motivated and engaged by the new offerings.
The role sits within the communications team but will have a dotted line report to the HR team to provide relevant business information across multiple channels to office (2 sites) and field base employees.
Elevation Marketing would be keen to speak to candidates with the following skills sets:
*Experience of working within an Internal Communications role is essential
*Experience of creating content and delivering this across both online and offline marketing medias
*A creative approach to communicating message to employees
*Ideally you will come from a commercially focused organisation
*Degree Calibre or equivalent experience
