Our client a leading FTSE company would like to hire an Internal Communications Specialist to deliver and execute a variety of communications and engagement articles and strategies to their various sites. You will write, edit and/or proof-read content making sure it is suitable for a variety of channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, style and tone of voice. Upload and execute content over a range of channels including e-newsletters, e-mail announcements, intranet, webcasts, podcasts, presentations and videos, applying appropriate best practice
You will also;
Manage third party creative or digital agencies to deliver high quality output to budget
Help deliver campaigns to involve employees for their CSR agenda. Manage and make arrangements for corporate and/or local events e.g. the booking and preparation of venues and equipment, being present on the day to monitor proceedings
Measure the levels of employee engagement and the effectiveness of communications and identify opportunities to improve the organisational culture, communications and employee engagement
Project manage ad-hoc engagement activities and come up with new ideas to consistently drive excellence in communication and engagement.
This is a varied role, you will need a background in internal communications and be able to write both engaging content as well as deliver and show experience In employee engagement communications. Knowledge of Sharepoint and Office 365 will be essential.
