About the Role:
This is a highly important and central role within the business. The role will include the following activities in the identification, qualification and on-going relationship management of suitable interior fit out and refurbishment projects;
Telemarketing with the objective of making appointments with key decision makers for Project Consultant and MD, in London and Thames Valley / south & south-west home counties.
Managing day to day incoming leads from various sources.
Managing distribution of leads out to friendly agents.
Managing in-house bespoke client database.
Maintaining contact with historic clients.
About the Candidate:
The role will suit someone who enjoys the challenge of engaging people, primarily on the phone and can convey enthusiasm and credibility for the service we offer. They will enjoy the recognition that success in the role brings, from everybody in the company.
Desire and ability to develop remote and face to face rapport with project introducers and/or influencers.
A quick learner with the tenacity to keep going.
Entrepreneurial - having own ideas and suggestions.
A tendency to identify where benefit can be achieved by making change.
Ability to work singularly and within a team.
Experience in a similar role within the sector will be of advantage, whilst experience in a similar role for a comparable complex sale process will be attractive also.
