The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
-Delivering a sales script to encourage potential customers to purchase a product/products and/or use our services
-Confidently understand and describe products, as well as services to existing and potential customers.
-Respond positively to questions and queries, and how when the appropriate time is to escalate a query to the correct person.
-Clearly explain and inform the customer(s) about the current sales process.
-Complete records of interactions, orders and accounts.
-Discuss and share information with National Sales Manager and the Customer Service Manager.
-Contact businesses and existing customers by telephone using a professional telephone manner.
-Understand the needs of your customers, their current supply, and rational behind this.
-Accurately obtain customer information and maintain a database.
The skills required for this role include, but are not limited to:
-Strong attention to detail.
-Professional telephone manner.
-Previous experience in Business development, Sales or similar is essential.
-The ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
-The drive to succeed and willingness to learn new skills.
