Internal Auditor - Pontypridd - £20,000 to £32,000 per annum

A well-established and rapidly expanding organisation located in Pontypridd are looking to expand their current Finance team with this newly created Internal Auditor vacancy.
Your new role
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, in your new role you will be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of company processes in relation to stock and other areas of internal control as required. Liaising with various departments, gaining an understanding of business processes and the potential risks associated with these procedures with a focus on stock.- You will carry out a continuous programme of audits to assess whether the company's systems and processes are being adhered to, providing regular feedback to the board of directors on your findings both verbally and in the form of written reports. This role does require travel to various sites mainly based in South Wales.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will have prior experience within a similar Auditing position. It is desirable to have a working knowledge of stock control procedures however not essential. You will have excellent knowledge of ERP systems and will hold intermediate Excel skills (v look ups and pivot tables. You will also have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude towards work and high attention to detail.
