We at Posturite Ltd currently have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Account Manager within our bespoke sales team in Sedgefield. Offering a competitive salary and incentive package, the successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
•Excellent Interpersonal skills when communicating face to face and via email and telephone.
•Be target driven with a sales background.
•Adopt a consultative approach to relationship management, offering solutions to client needs.
•Focus on ensuing a high quality service to clients when overseeing / managing projects and sales from the beginning through to the end.
•Excellent IT Skills (Email, Word, Excel and Databases)
•Be a strong team player but also able to work independently.
With these skills you will be responsible for:
•Contacting warm leads from our databases to promote Posturite products and services.
•Targeting existing and new clients following up on e-shots and marketing campaigns.
•Growing and developing your own portfolio by conducting marketing and sales activity.
•Managing and engaging with your own portfolio of clients to generate repeat business.
•Working closely with the customer care team to ensure orders, invoices etc are dealt with promptly.
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 9am till 5.30pm
