Internal Account Executive
A great opportunity to work for a specialist Insurance Broker developing their Motor Trade account. The role covers both new and existing business, you will develop and handle business taking it from enquiry to client and then continuing the relationship through the renewal cycle. So you can maximise your time with clients you'll have admin support to help with policy documentation and invoicing.
You will have a couple of years Insurance experience - doesn't matter if this has been gained in a company or a broker but you will know your way around road risks and commercial combined classes, if you have experience of Motor trade then that's a distinct advantage. As important as your knowledge and experience is your attitude - this isn't a role for a 9 -5 mind-set this is a relationship role so you will be good with people and understand how to influence outcomes.
There is a lot of autonomy with the role and within the sector you can take the business pretty much where you want. Once you have successfully completed your probation there will be a tailored incentive scheme for you where provided you achieved pre- agreed revenue targets then your salary will automatically increase.
