Due to recent reorganisation they now require an additional seven Internal Account Executives to work from their sales office in Coventry.
Based in a busy sales operation you will work as part of the customer accounts team managing a portfolio of clients on a national basis. Dealing with incoming enquiries as well as proactively contacting your client base you will talk to receptionists, logistics managers and business owners that spend up to £50 per day on express delivery services. Operating in a highly competitive sector you will need to offer exceptional customer service and have the ability to promote added value and negotiate margin.
To be considered for the role you will need to be a strong team player, be professional and have at least six months experience working in a sales or customer services orientated environment. As a target focussed individual you will be used to working to and exceeding KPI's on a daily basis. Basic Salary: £19,000 Basic
