Expanding Manchester based MEP Building Services Consulting Engineers with projects across the UK currently including retail, commercial office, healthcare, residential & light industrial developments seek to recruit an ambitious Mechanical Building Services Design Engineer at intermediate level following recent success in securing new work

Joining a highly capable team, you will be involved with a wide range of design & project management activities including:

  • Full HVAC Mechanical Services design, both concept & detail, with heat loss/ cooling calculations & equipment selection
  • Thermal modelling
  • Compilation of reports
  • Contributing to meetings with clients, contractors & other disciplines
  • Undertaking surveys for condition & due diligence purposes

Job Requirements:

  • Ideally qualified to HNC standard in a Mechanical/ Building Services Engineering discipline
  • Good experience of Mechanical Services design & associated engineering calculations
  • Seeking a position offering scope to assume further responsibilities and to progress your career
  • Willing to undertake travel on an occasional basis for site surveys
