A new and unique opportunity has arisen at a community based 35 bedded in-patient facility for intermediate care, to work as a Band 8a Matron. The post holder will provide clinical and operational leadership to a team of nurses and care staff at Padgate House in Warrington. We are looking for someone who is forward thinking and committed to achieving excellent standards of care, ensuring the patient is at the heart of everything.
The successful candidate will be an experienced and dynamic nurse who wants to develop themselves personally and professionally. We are looking for someone who relishes challenges and is committed to achieving excellent standards of person-centred care, ensuring that the patient is at the heart of everything. You must possess expert clinical knowledge and skills and be committed to providing high quality patient care through evidence based practice. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills to work in an integrated setting, whilst liaising with colleagues across the wider social and health care environment to promote, maintain and enhance effective multi-disciplinary and partnership working.
