Intermediary Development is a friendly, professional and knowledgeable area dedicated to providing exceptional service to our intermediary partners.
As an Intermediary Development Advisor you’ll play a key part in helping our business customers with their range of enquiries, supporting them through more complex queries and providing solutions over the phone.
This is a 20 hour vacancy ideally working 2pm - 6pm Monday to Friday role. If however you'd like to work 4 days a week, please still get in touch.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing professional telephone support and assistance to our business customers
- When needed, referring mortgage cases so liaising with our mortgage underwriting team
- Keeping up to date with product and policy changes
- Achieving quality standards
You’ll like building great working relationships with customers and offering excellent service. In this fast paced area it’s important keeping your knowledge up to date, so you’ll like learning new information. You’ll be able to give information clearly and enjoy working in a professional environment.
You’ll be part of an area whose shared goal is to provide an exceptional service, looking to introduce mortgage lending opportunities on behalf of their customers. This includes administrative support, lending policy knowledge, relationship management and technical support.
You’ll already have strong customer service experience from a fast paced environment and will have the evidence of dealing with more complex or challenging situations. Experience of dealing with business professionals would be advantageous but not essential.
You'll have excellent communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude. It’s important to keep your knowledge up to date with regular changes, so you’ll be able to learn new information and apply it accurately.
You don’t need to have existing mortgage experience to be successful, as our fantastic training programme will give you the knowledge and skills required.
