Fantastic opportunity for a Telephony Support Agent to join a fast growing team based in Wolverhampton voted in the top ten Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to work for in 2018. Our client has significantly invested in their team and is looking for motivated, passionate professional people to represent their brand as a Telephony Support Agent in their busy Contact Centre.
You will be expected to provide information and updates on products, policies and mortgage applications to Mortgage Brokers, Solicitors and Customers. Previous experience in a contact management of financial services business (mortgage experience would be great!) is a requirement for this role although extensive training will be given. As a Telephony Support Agent, you will receive a competitive starting salary, great benefits including pension, life assurance and a guaranteed hours contract. People are one of their key values, customer and employees alike! Working hours are 35 per week in shifts Monday to Friday covering the hours between 9am and 6pm. Salary £19,289 p/a / £10.60 per hour. This would then rise to £21,000 p/a once you have completed your training and signed off as a competent Advisor
