They work with some great developers selling beautiful homes. These homes need selling and to sell them, they need dressing. That’s where this role comes in. The role will be working with the clients and selecting and coordinating the dressing of properties, showing them in the best light as possible to get the best sale as possible for the client. Working with their current design and sales team you will devise schemes from their existing stock and make them look fab. It’s nice and creative but you need to be really organised too as there are a lot of them and you will be coordinating multiple locations at any time. The office is on the Essex/Hertfordshire borders but the properties are mostly in London so you need to be able to drive, live in a good location to the office and happy to travel in to London when needed.
