This is fantastic opportunity for a high calibre and well-rounded Warehouse and Supply Chain Manager to extend their interim career within a Dorset based organisation.

The Company
A leading Dorset based company working across the PPE products markets. Incorporating teams of highly experienced individuals who work hard to deliver and meet their customer's needs.

The role
To manage and lead the existing team of 40, ensuring the smooth running of this complex multi-operational warehouse.

The company is rolling out a new CRM system and requires someone to manage and oversee while the project takes the directorship team's attention.

A safe pair of hands with excellent leadership skills and circa minimum 10 years of experience if possible.

No changes to be made to the process of warehouse or systems but to keep the running of the facility like clockwork - man management is vital. Leading a a team of 40 people all together with 4 or 5 direct reports.

What You'll Need To Succeed
*At least 10+ years proven experience within a Warehouse/Operations remit or role.
*A production plan type of background or environment will do well in this role
*Solid and proven man management on a large scale 30 plus.
