Interim Staffing Coordinator

My client is one of the leading global Management Consultancies based in the heart of London; this is a unique opportunity to join a truly global firm.

They are looking to hire a Staffing Coordinator whose role will be to play a vital link between the senior partners and the consultants, to optimise profitability and staffing levels.

The role includes:

Staffing

  • Working with consultants to ensure their needs are met
  • Work with senior partners to optimise deployment of consultants to projects
  • Balance the needs of partners, clients and consultants

Managing the junior secondment programme

  • Managing the selection process for junior consultants
  • Ensuring every consultant is kept in touch with and learning needs are met

Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree level educated is a must
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience within a Professional Services environment

  • 9 month FTC
