Interim Service Manager – £40k - £Neg for the right candidate – North Yorkshire - Long term assignment
White Knight Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a national charitable provider.
An experienced manager of care and nursing home environments is required to oversee the running of an established Physical Disability's service.
The manager will need to have experience of developing care and nursing homes to Good outcomes with CQC and have a passion for supporting individuals with a Physical Disability. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate good change management skills and strong leadership skills.
The Service Manager will ensure the staff team is effectively motivated to provide the best possible levels of care whilst encouraging independence and choice for residents.
