Interim Service Development and Improvement Manager - Children & Families - Medway

We currently have a role for ‘Interim Service Development and Improvement Manager’ for which I have attached a job description above .

You will need to be:-

Enthusiastic and flexible individual good at partnership working
Practice improvement and inspection readiness
Needs to be qualified social worker
To have operated at service manager/ head of service level
To have extensive experience of child protection and operational social work
Can be part time ( at least 3 days )
Good report writing and presentation skills
Good team player
