This entrepreneurial multi-disciplined company requires an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager (Head of Level). This company has circa 500 employees and is going through a high growth phase looking to quadruple in size of the coming years. The role will involve managed a team of 5 on a 6-month contract covering maternity leave
You will be a hands on Recruitment manager required to oversee the recruitment team providing on-going management, development, and coaching and will be responsible for delivering the attraction, selection, recruitment and candidate management processes to ensure the business is able to secure the best talent. The 3 main accountabilities will include team management and support; hands on recruitment at a senior level; and business as usual activities. As part of BAU you will be expected to:
*deliver an integrated resourcing service to meet the demands of rapid growth of the business
*position the organisation as an employer of choice through
*using best-in-class approaches, platforms and partnerships to build and enhance the employer brand and
*work in partnership with Marketing/Comms to actively manage the internal and outward facing employer brand and EVP
You will be and agent for change and will be expected to bring innovation to all recruitment activities, including the use of digital and social channels to attract and recruit great candidates and deepening our focus on referrals as well as direct sourcing strategies, in place of too great a reliance on high cost, agency-led roles, delivering a pre agreed resourcing strategy that is in place.
Skills and Experience
*Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes
*Experience of managing and coaching teams
*Experience of transitioning through change to a digital & direct TA model
*Ability to manage stakeholders and influence at all levels
*Thrive in an ambiguous environment and able to multitask and work under pressure
*Humility and the ability to remain grounded, see things from others point of view and roll your sleeves up as and when required to support colleagues in meeting their commitments.
*Up to date on latest recruitment trends and industry best practice
*Experience of integrating digital talent solutions and ATS would be very beneficial.
*Must be comfortable in using technology and leveraging digital applications and media platforms
