An excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join this organisation for a 12 month period. You will manage the end to end recruitment including:
- Managing the recruitment strategy to find high quality candidates in the most efficient and cost effective way.
- Exploring new avenues to stay up to date with effective recruitment resources.
- Building effective relationships with Senior Management/ Area Managers and Registered Managers.
- Managing all recruitment advertising and social media platforms.
- Taking on research projects for recruitment needs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Capable of developing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong recruitment background.
- Ability to implement new procedures.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A clean driving license
