Your new role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will support the Recruitment team during a period of increased hiring within the business. You will provide administrative assistance throughout the recruitment cycle including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting pre screening checks, candidate management and maintaining the ATS. You will also managed relationships with agencies and produce reports and analyse recruitment data.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have prior experience of working as a Recruitment Coordinator within a financial services or related professional services business. You will have proven experience of scheduling interviews, screening CVs as well as maintaining an ATS. You will have excellent attention to detail and sensitivity with candidate data. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service and proven relationship building skills. You will be able to multi task and be able to start a new role immediately.
