Your new company
A well known public-sector organisation in Manchester is seeking an experienced interim within public sector procurement to support with specific project work, with an initial timescale of around 3 months (to be reviewed depending on project development).
Your new role
As Procurement Manager, you will be involved in leading complex, high value and high risk procurements on behalf of this public sector organisation. You will provide technical and strategic advice to stakeholders, based on your commercial expertise and recommendations. You will take accountability for specific complex procurement activity and you will advise the senior management team of any potential risks that the organisation could be exposed to, along with your risk mitigation plans.
What you'll need to succeed
- Recent experience in successfully running COMPETITIVE DIALOGUES and complex procurements
- A strong track record within public-sector procurement
- Vast knowledge and understanding of PCR2015
- Well versed and experienced with OJEU
- Immediate availability
