Interim Procurement Category Manager required for a leading organisation in Birmingham.

Successful candidates will have a strong background in procurement as well as contract management in a public sector environment.

Requirements -

  • CIPS Qualification
  • Extensive experience in a public sector environment, with evidence of delivering end-to-end OJEU and sub OJEU procurements
  • Experience of using e-tendering
  • Contract management experience across a variety of contracting methods including fixed price, cost plus, schedule of rates, panel of providers
  • Advanced skills in MS office applications, contract management systems, P2P awareness, E-tender software (Awareness of Dynamic's P2P, Delta e-tender, smartsheets would be an advantageous but not essential)

The day rate is £400-£500 (Inside IR35) dependant on experience.
